Hello, this is LostinHyd.
If you’re still wondering what to do this weekend, I did the scrolling for you.
Hyderabad has a nice mix of events lined up over the next few days, and this week’s list has a little bit of everything. Whether you’re in the mood to dance, learn a new skill, discover a unique hobby, or simply enjoy a memorable meal, there are plenty of reasons to step out instead of staying home.
Here are a few experiences that genuinely caught my eye.
Dance the Night Away at BOCA Party 2026
If your ideal weekend involves good music, high energy, and spending time with friends, then BOCA Party 2026 at Quake Arena is worth checking out.
It looks like one of those events where you simply show up ready to have fun. Whether you’re celebrating something or just looking to shake off a long work week, this could be a great way to spend your evening.
If your group has been saying, “We should go out this weekend,” this might finally be the plan everyone agrees on.
Learn to Brew Coffee and Matcha
I always enjoy finding workshops where you leave with a new skill instead of just a few photos, and Brew Your Own Coffee & Matcha is exactly that.
If you’ve ever wondered why café coffee tastes different from what you make at home, or if you’ve been curious about matcha beyond the Instagram aesthetic, this workshop sounds like a fun introduction. You’ll get to understand the brewing process, experiment with techniques, and probably leave appreciating your morning cup a little more.
It also feels like a nice solo activity if you’re looking for something slow and relaxing.
Catch Dhvani Bhanushali Live
If you’re someone who enjoys live concerts, Dhvani Bhanushali Live is easily one of the biggest highlights of the weekend.
There’s something different about hearing your favourite songs performed live alongside hundreds of other fans. The atmosphere, the crowd, and the energy always make for a memorable evening.
Whether you’re already a fan or simply enjoy live music, this feels like one of those events you’ll probably be glad you attended.
Make Your Own Signature Perfume
This is probably my favourite pick from this week’s list because it’s not something you come across every weekend.
The Perfume Making Workshop gives you the opportunity to understand fragrance notes, experiment with different scent combinations, and create a perfume that’s uniquely yours.
It’s creative, interactive, and something you’ll actually take home at the end of the session. If you’re looking for an unusual date idea or a weekend activity that’s a little different from the usual café hopping, I’d definitely recommend this one.
A Special Dining Experience: The Kashmiri Chef’s Table
Now for the food recommendation.
If you enjoy trying regional cuisines beyond the dishes we usually find in restaurants, The Kashmiri Chef’s Table deserves a spot on your list.
Instead of a regular restaurant visit, this is more of a curated dining experience where you get to explore authentic Kashmiri flavours and dishes prepared with traditional techniques. It’s the kind of meal that introduces you to a cuisine rather than simply serving dinner.
For anyone who believes food is one of the best ways to experience different cultures, this should be a memorable outing.
Final Thought
One of my favourite things about Hyderabad is that there’s always something new to discover if you’re willing to step outside your usual routine. Some weekends call for concerts, others for creative workshops, and sometimes the best plan is simply sitting down for a meal you’ve never tried before.
Whatever you’re in the mood for this weekend, I hope this list helps you find something worth looking forward to.
If you do end up visiting any of these, I’d love to know which one became your favourite.
Until next thursday.
